Our Services are simple.
For debt elimination, we have two options. Option One is for consumers who are
not in arrears with the bank. Option
One applies to your credit card balances on MAJOR BANK credit cards ONLY. Merchant
Cards, such as department store cards, electronic store cards, catalog cards, or
gas cards, and Credit Union Cards are not included
Option Two applies to consumers who are already delinquent or who may already
be in collections. Option Two will take longer than Option One, but in the long
run, will allow you to obtain a zero balance on more cards since merchant cards
are included. You may want to use a combination of the two options.
What we provide is a set of Administrative Remedy letters, forms, templates,
and a lot of information necessary to cancel out your credit card balances. The
letters, forms, and templates are available for active members only. Membership
is only $149.95 per year, a mere pittance
for the money you will save.
Forms are provided in .PDF format and in some cases, .DOC format for Microsoft
Word. The icons to the left of the file indicate the type of document you will be
loading. Most of the forms are merely examples for you to modify as needed. The
letters for Option One are not samples and should not be modified other than as
directed.
We do not supply legal information. If you have a legal question, ask a lawyer.
In addition, we do not file your suit for you or represent you in court. For at
least the first suit filed in either court, you should have an attorney draft your
suit, assist you in the filing process, and represent you in court if you have to
go to court. You may also want to have a lawyer represent you for assistance in
other parts of the program. you are responsible for all attorney services rendered.
