Do It Yourself (DIY)
Credit Repair, Debt Reduction, Debt Elimination
Credit Repair is not just fixing your credit score.
Don't get me wrong, because it is a big part of the problem in a lot
of cases. Our main goal
is to get you to the point where you are not over-extended. In order to do that,
you should
look at your current financial situation, your budget, your ability to get things under
control within a short time frame, and possibly a few other things.
Debt Elimination,
Debt Reduction, and
Debt Consolidation may also be necessary, depending
on the severity of your particular situation.
I
have personally used the information from the Credit Card Debt Elimination Program section
of this site for my own credit problems with 10 out of 12 creditors, and
it really does work.
Out of the 2 creditors that we DID NOT use this system on, 1 of 2 sued
me (see our
response). This case was finally settled in mediation. We won!
Of the 10
that we did use this system on, 1 of 10 sued me. I responded
with copies of the letters I had previously sent to the creditors. After
we hadn't heard anything from
them in 10 months, I submitted a Motion to Dismiss with prejudice based
on lack of prosecution. After an additional 60 days with no action, the court approved our motion and dismissed the
case. If nothing else, the ratio of companies that will sue
is greatly reduced by this package. DON'T listen to the people that tell
you it can't be done. I did it!! For more info,
view my testimonial.
I was in debt for close to $75,000 on credit card accounts. I quit making
payments in January, 2008. As of a month ago, my credit score was at
756. My credit card debt is $0.
I had been paying over $2000 per month in just interest and was making no progress on
reducing the debt. The chart below doesn't even go past $40,000 so you
can imagine where I was financially. I am not there anymore.
Information
that you can find on this site is not what you will find on the Federal Trade
Commission's site, the credit bureau sites, credit card sites, or the
Federal Reserve web site. Those sites will try to convince you that the only
way to straighten out your credit is to pay all your bills on time every
month.
Believe me, I tried it their way for years after I quit using my credit
cards and found that I was losing the battle. The current usury laws (if
there are any in your state) are in favor of the creditors.
Your Credit
Are there some months where you are only a little behind? You know
the times. It's when you just need an extra day or two to come up with
the money to cover your utility bill, rent, or car loan? Are you
tired of the creditors calling you asking "Why haven't you paid your
bill"? Do you disconnect your phone because the constant calls from
collection agencies are driving you crazy?
Don't feel like you are the only one; there are 70 Million Americans who are adversely
affected by derogatory information contained within their personal credit reports.
It's time to do something about it.
Good credit is possible and it's never been easier to improve your
credit score. Our DIY CREDIT REPAIR SYSTEM has the answers you are seeking in order to
clear up your past credit nightmares and get the fresh start you deserve.
With our Debt Elimination program, your bills should go away in less than 60 days.
If you do nothing
If you are not already convinced, the below chart shows the number of years to pay off your credit card balance based on
19% interest with a minimum monthly payment of 2.1% of the balance.
(source: CNN Money) This is what happens
if you continue to make those minimum payments and do nothing else.
